Pallet Retrieval & Recycling Program
We pick up what you no longer need, and often pay you for it.
We remove pallets of every size from your facility and sort them into four categories: repairable, dismantle, grind, or trash. Repairable pallets (42×42, 45×45, 48×40, 48×42, 48×45, 48×48 and more) are often purchased back from you.
Inventory Management
Pallets on hand, exactly when your line needs them.
With over 125,000 sq. ft. of indoor warehouse space, we hold pallets and packaging supplies in reserve and manage inventory tracking on your behalf: a cost-saving system built around your production schedule, not ours.
Engineering & Custom Design
An in-house team that designs to your load, not a catalog.
Our engineers work directly with your team on pallet and crate specifications: footprint, weight capacity, board grade and lumber type, using hardwood, softwood and/or recycled lumber.
Warehousing
65 acres of facility and storage capacity behind every order.
Our Cambridge City complex gives customers overflow and dedicated storage solutions, so packaging supplies are ready to respond the moment your demand changes.
Heat Treatment
ISPM-15 certified, audited monthly.
Our kiln raises pallet core temperature to eliminate pests before export, in strict accordance with International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15. Every compliant pallet is stamped after treatment.
Delivery & Logistics

Miller’s Wood Specialties owns and operates its own fleet of vans and flatbed trailers, giving customers timely, reliable delivery and retrieval without third-party transportation costs or delays.
