Three generations of the Miller family have built this company one pallet, one customer relationship at a time.
Our Story
From a barn on the family farm to 65 acres in Cambridge City.
In 1978, Joe and Cathie Miller saw a need for recycled wood pallets. Joe, a high school teacher, and Cathie, a registered nurse, started the business in a barn on their family farm, working evenings around two young kids and two full-time careers.
What began as a side project became a full-time company, then a building in town, then the 10-acre, 50,000 sq. ft. facility on East Church Street the company still calls home today. Their children, Amber and Robert, grew up helping on weekends. In 2009, Robert took over ownership from his parents, keeping the business in the family as it continues to grow.
